Smart homes are becoming increasingly popular and there are numerous applications and platforms that make it easy to control. One such application is HomeBro, a web application specifically designed to control smart home devices.
HomeBro is developed in PHP and JavaScript by me and combines multiple smart home platforms to enable seamless integration. It's a web-based application that I run in conjunction with openHAB. OpenHAB is an open source platform that enables the integration of different smart home systems. This allows me to bundle devices and services from different manufacturers in one central location.
HomeBro offers numerous functions for controlling smart home devices. Actions, states and sequences can be used to automate a variety of processes in your smart home. The interactive interface can be dynamically changed to provide simple and user-friendly control. Another feature of HomeBro is the ability to create users and sessions. This means that different users can access the application and, if necessary, individual accesses can also be closed again.
